Since every VASQ product is made-to-order using Print-on-Demand technology, each item is printed specifically after your order is placed. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Change of mind.
  • Personal preference.
  • Incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at vasqtshirt@gmail.com with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will provide either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund (if a replacement is not possible).

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations are not possible because every product is custom-made specifically for you.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
